HELP! I Lost my Card!

Don't worry! We can fix that. If your CWS or American Red Cross certification card is lost or damaged (and you earned it through CWS) we will replace it for $15.

 

To get a replacement card sent to you, please fill out the Lost/Replacement Card Application form.
