Event First Aid Services
Our First Aid Support Teams (FAST) offer experienced, dependable and the highest quality emergency first aid services for special events, mass gatherings and venue operators. Our teams of trained, certified and dedicated personnel are on-site at your event, ready to respond to all types of medical emergencies. We are happy to take care of your patrons and event staff; providing first aid services such as patient assessment, treating basic injuries and illnesses, and more.
We provide basic EMS services including:
• Basic Life Support & treatment*
• Automatic External Defibrillator (AED)
• All necessary equipment & supplies (oxygen, bandages, ice packs, OTC medications)
• Lightning detection services (free)
• Free Consulting services
• Complete and thorough documentation of every incident
• Evaluate current in-house first aid
• 'On-line' physician medical control
• Comprehensive emergency first aid services
• In-house first aid, CPR, AED and other medical training upon request
• Trained, certified, experienced, professional first aid staff
* CWS does NOT provide any sort of medical transportation to a definitive care facility such as hospital or clinic. In the event of an emergency requiring advanced medical care, CWS will utilize local EMS services.
We are also happy to provide:
• Free blood pressure readings
• Free educational materials
What do our services cost?
Since we now utilize volunteer first aiders, we are able offer very affordable pricing. Discounted pricing is available for verified 501c(3) Non-Profit organizations (must show proof of IRS status). Fees cover all expenses & medical supplies used; with the exception of a few special items. Dependent upon venue location and local regulations, the event sponsor may be required to provide logistical items such as communications between your event staff and our medical staff.
Requesting a First Aid Support Team for Your Event
